This variety is ideal for summer flower beds and container gardening. It requires full sun for healthy growth and should be cultivated in well-drained soil. Avoid excessive moisture. As a long-day plant, its flowering is influenced by day length. Under short-day conditions, it tends to form a rosette and may not bloom properly.
Its overwintering ability is limited, so it is best treated as an annual bedding plant.
