Amy Gonzalez earned a B.S. in Genetics and Plant Biology at the University of California Berkeley. She joined Syngenta in 2007 as an Assistant Plant Scientist in Vegetables with a focus on Peppers. In 2012, Amy moved to Flowers and worked as a Trial Coordinator for both Marketing and Breeding for several years. Responsibilities included coordinating not only breeding trials, but CAST plant material as well as external trials. She now is the Vegetalis Product Manager for the Americas.
