Cindy Roberts graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, where she studied Plant Breeding and Floriculture, and worked in the Penn State Flower Trial Gardens. After graduation, she managed a 50-acre greenhouse in eastern Pennsylvania. Cindy was the Managing Partner responsible for Planning, Production, and Purchasing of hard goods and plant materials. In 2024, Cindy was hired by Ernst Benary of North America as the Area Sales Manager for the Northeast USA and Canada.
