Tim Alderton has a BS in Horticultural Science from The Pennsylvania State University. He has been a horticulturist at the JC Raulston Arboretum since 2006,  assisting in the planting and maintenance of the trail gardens. Growing up, Tim helped in his family’s greenhouse in western Pennsylvania, growing and selling annuals. Tim maintains the gardens at the JC Raulston Arboretum and has an extensive knowledge of both woody and herbaceous plants from around the world.
